The ClearHold price replaces the hotel card hold. It does not buy room service or minibar items. You pay for each purchase from money you add to your ClearHold balance or from your linked card.
An incidental is anything you owe on top of the room itself. ClearHold replaces the card hold. You pay for what you order with money you add to your ClearHold balance or with your linked card.

You can put your own money on your ClearHold balance before or during your stay (a small fee applies when you add money). When the hotel asks you to pay for room service, minibar, or another purchase, tap "Use my ClearHold money." Your purchase comes out of your balance. You can also use your linked card with Digital Room Charge.
