Refund Policy

GlobalStay offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email used at checkout, or contact our team at support@globalstay.app and we will help you.

ClearHold™ ($24.99)

ClearHold™ is operated by LaGrone Global Holdings LLC. The $24.99 ClearHold™ platform fee is non-refundable once your stay has begun, because coverage is active for the duration of the stay from check-in. If you have not yet checked in, you may request a refund of the $24.99 fee within 30 days of purchase via paddle.net or by emailing support. If LaGrone Global Holdings LLC owes any balance to the hotel on your behalf, that balance is paid to the hotel within 24–48 hours of checkout. LaGrone Financial Services is not a bank, depository institution, insurer, or registered financial advisor, and ClearHold™ is a payment guarantee service, not insurance.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for already-paid periods are issued in line with the 30-day guarantee above and otherwise in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
