LaGrone Global Holdings LLC ("LaGrone Global Holdings", "GlobalStay", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company, provides the GlobalStay hotel guest experience platform. For personal data processed through the Service, LaGrone Global Holdings LLC acts as a data controller for our own account, billing, and product analytics data, and as a data processor on behalf of our hotel customers for guest data they collect through the Service.
What we collect for SMS: when you opt in to text messages from GlobalStay, we collect your name, mobile phone number, room number, stay dates, and the content of messages exchanged with our service.
How we use it: this information is used only to deliver transactional SMS related to your hotel stay (arrival alerts, digital room key links, and ClearHold™ confirmations) and operational alerts to hotel staff who have opted in. We do not use your phone number or message content to send advertising, marketing, or promotional messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The only parties that receive your mobile number are the SMS delivery vendors strictly required to transmit the message to your carrier, and they are contractually barred from using it for any other purpose. We do not sell mobile information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any GlobalStay message and we will remove your number from that program immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email dl@globalstay.app.

- Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser, device identifiers.

- Payment metadata — transaction IDs and status. Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.

- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment processor.
- Provide customer support.
- Send transactional notifications (e.g., ClearHold™ confirmations) and, where permitted, product updates.
Where applicable law (such as GDPR or UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, your consent (where required, for example for non-essential cookies or marketing), and legal obligations.
We share personal data with:
- Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, and email/SMS delivery vendors that help us run the Service.
- Our payment processor (Stripe) — for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and fraud prevention.
- LaGrone Global Holdings LLC — joint controller for personal data processed in connection with the ClearHold™ guest incidental guarantee service, including coverage activation, hotel settlement, and billing for incidental charges. LaGrone Global Holdings LLC is not a bank, depository institution, insurer, or registered financial advisor.
- Hotel customers — guest interaction data is shared with the hotel operating the property where the guest is staying.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance.
- Authorities — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal data.
We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule. Hotel customers control retention of guest data within their account.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA, UK, and certain US states (such as California) have specific rights under their local laws, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically within one month under GDPR).
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege role design — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
