For Meeting Planners
No-hold room blocks for your groups — free for planners.
Your attendees judge the trip by how it feels. The card hold at check-in is where it breaks — $75–$100 of their own money frozen, sometimes days after they're home. ClearHold ends that. Our service to meeting planners is free: no fees, no commissions, no minimums.
Up to 5 free passes for your group
Set up your meeting or group through ClearHold and receive up to 5 free passes for your group, each worth up to $100, subject to approval.
Each pass activates only when your hotel comes on board with ClearHold. The same rules as guest vouchers apply.
Attendees beyond your 5 passes can register free individually, subject to approval.
We handle the hotel side. Your hotel will not know about your pass until they have come on board with ClearHold, and we will let you know the moment your pass is active.
