GlobalStay sits on top of your hotel system like a helpful assistant. It does not replace anything. It just makes everything faster.

What is an Overlay
Your hotel already has a system. GlobalStay works right beside it. Nothing gets deleted or changed.

Step 1 — Get Your Hotel Code
Your Hotel Code is like a special password for your hotel. Check your welcome email or contact support@globalstay.app.

Step 2 — Open GlobalStay
On any front desk computer, open a browser and go to globalstay.app. No download needed. Place it beside your hotel system.

Step 3 — Sign In as Administrator
Click Hotel Administrator, enter your Hotel Code and password. You will see your Command Center.

Step 4 — Add Your Staff
Go to Staff in your Command Center. Add each team member's name and role. They'll get a PIN to sign in at the front desk.

Step 5 — Check In Your First Guest
Click New Check-In, enter the guest's name and room. GlobalStay creates their dashboard automatically.

Step 6 — See It in Action
Watch a live request come in from a guest. Tap to accept, mark it done, and see your LEGOS Score™ update in real time.

ClearHold Setup
Turn on ClearHold to replace paper incidental holds with a digital authorization. Set your deposit amount and you're protected on every stay.
